I ran two miles in a row for the first time in my life!
My neighbor and very good friend Elizabeth is training for a half marathon and she has been so nice to help me become a good runner. I've never been able to run well and I give up easily. But she has taught me how to breath right and all that. I find that I don't enjoy running, but I do enjoy the way it makes me feel afterward and the way my body is already changing after one week. After the run is over it doesn't seem as bad and I feel like I can do it again. So, I am going to be a strong runner!
